Browsing this website or communicating through the web form does not establish a formal clinical practitioner-patient relationship. A formal relationship begins only upon completion of a clinical intake and direct in-person or telemedicine assessment.
2. No Guaranteed Medical Outcomes
Human physiology, tissue healing rates, and recovery trajectories vary substantially between individuals. Dr. K Physiotherapy does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes or permanent pain resolution. Treatment plans are structured around objective clinical examination and continuously adapted to individual response.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We prioritize focused, dedicated one-on-one time for every patient. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked consultation, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice so that dedicated clinic slots can be made available to other patients in need of rehabilitation.
4. Clinic Location Transition Notice
Dr. K Physiotherapy is currently transitioning to a new clinical space in Udaipur. Physical addresses, mapping data, and on-site hours will be published upon official announcement. Any previous temporary premises or past affiliations are no longer operational.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, original graphics, site architecture, and educational articles are the proprietary property of Dr. K Physiotherapy. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is prohibited.
