Frequently Asked Questions

We believe in honest, clear healthcare communication. Here are answers to common questions regarding physiotherapy, assessment protocols, and our upcoming clinic launch.

A physiotherapy session begins with a comprehensive discussion regarding your symptoms, daily movement patterns, and recovery targets. We then perform an objective musculoskeletal and biomechanical assessment. Treatment involves a tailored combination of active therapeutic exercises, movement retraining, manual therapy techniques when clinically indicated, and practical home exercise education.
If you are dealing with musculoskeletal pain, muscle stiffness, restricted joint range of motion, sports injuries, or recovering from surgery, a professional clinical assessment will help determine whether physiotherapy is the appropriate intervention for your needs.
Session durations are determined by your individual clinical assessment, the complexity of your condition, and the nature of the rehabilitation exercises planned for that day.
In most direct cases, you can consult with a physiotherapist without a prior referral. However, referral requirements can vary depending on specific health insurance provider policies or post-surgical specialist protocols.
Every recovery trajectory is unique. The number of sessions required depends on your specific diagnosis, chronicity of symptoms, physical demands, and consistency with home exercise programs. We regularly evaluate your objective functional progress.
Activity recommendations are strictly individualised. Rather than prolonged bed rest, we typically advise maintaining safe, non-aggravating movement and gradually reloading tissues within comfortable thresholds.
